This may surprise you, some people are planning for Christmas already which kinda makes sense. There’s lots of decisions and usual plethora of Red Tape and then of course there’s financing arrangements if a building management company are involved. I am talking Christmas 21 not later!
With all that said it’s time to get on with the work in hand but food for thought. I’ve only got used to writing 2021.
